For disputes or fraud on your credit card billing statement, please fill out this form.
Courtesy Pay is an overdraft service provided to eligible members that can help cover the cost of a transaction on your account when your balance cannot.
Instead of the item being returned as non-sufficient funds (NSF), CORE will pay the balance and overdraw your account to cover the item, helping you to avoid experiencing the embarrassment or inconvenience associated with declined or returned items. For your convenience, ACH Originations can be set up through CORE’s online banking or with one of our staff members*.
To set up an ACH Origination transaction online, you will first have to add your account at the other financial institution. This will result in three micro-deposits being sent to this account for verification purposes.
Log into your account through Online Banking or the Mobile App
Go to the Transfers tab. Select External Transfers
Select Add Account. Enter information for your account at the other financial institution
Once submitted, you will see your new account in a pending status
Three small deposits (between $0.01 and $0.99) will be sent to this account. We will retrieve those deposits from your account later
You will need to confirm that you own this account
Check your account within 1-3 business days by viewing your history to determine the exact amounts of the micro-deposits
Log into your account with CORE
Go to External Transfers and click on the pending account
Confirm the account by entering the three deposit amounts
Once this is done, you are now able to set up external transfers to and from this account
To have money sent to your CORE account, select the Request tab and follow the on-screen instructions
To have money sent to your other financial institution, select the Send tab and follow the on-screen instructions
